Wanneer toepassen?<br \/>\n<b>In dit artikel proberen we klaarheid te scheppen.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4>Elektromagneten<\/h4>\n<p>Een elektromagneet is opgebouwd uit een kern waarrond een elektrische spoel gewikkeld is. Wanneer we een elektrische stroom door de spoel sturen, dan wordt een magnetisch veld opgewekt. Een elektromagneet heeft dus met andere woorden continu stroom nodig om het magnetisch veld te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>Het gevolg is dat, als de elektrische stroom wegvalt, dan valt ook het magnetisch veld weg.<br \/>\nDit kunnen we opvangen door middel van een batterijgroep. Die batterijgroep, ook wel back-up batterij genoemd, plaatsen we meestal bovenop de bovenloopkraan.<\/p>\n<p>Er vloeit dus elektrische stroom door de elektrische spoel gedurende de volledige werkperiode van de elektromagneet. Dit resulteert in opwarming van de magneet, wat op zijn beurt leidt tot vermindering van kracht.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast verspreiden de magnetische veldlijnen zich ongecontroleerd en overal in het materiaal met restmagnetisme tot gevolg.<br \/>\nEen typische toepassing van elektromagneten zijn schrootmagneten.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.iot-magnetics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/elektromagneet.jpg?resize=359%2C294&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"elektromagneet\" width=\"359\" height=\"294\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Elektro permanente magneten<\/h4>\n<p>Een elektro permanente magneet gebruikt de elektrische stroom enkel om de magneet moleculair te inverteren.<br \/>\nTijdens de DEMAG-fase bevindt het magnetisch veld zich inwendig in de magneet. Tijdens de MAG-fase vloeit het magnetisch veld gecontroleerd, over het materiaal, van Noordpool naar Zuidpool, en omgekeerd.<\/p>\n<p>De elektrische stroom wordt enkel gebruikt om de magneet te sturen. De effectieve kracht wordt gegenereerd door permanente magneten. Dit resulteert in een energiebesparing tot 95%.<br \/>\nBij stroomuitval blijft het stuk kleven aan de magneet, ongelimiteerd in de tijd. Back-up batterijen zijn <strong>NIET<\/strong> nodig.<\/p>\n<p>Aangezien de elektrische stroom slechts een paar seconden door de elektrische spoel vloeit, warmt de magneet niet op.
