In dit artikel schetsen we het stappenplan van een professioneel uitgevoerde installatie van een magneettafel op een DMG-MORI 5-assige freesmachine met draaitafel.<\/p>\n

1. HET ONTWERP VAN DE MAGNEETTAFEL<\/h4>\n

Eerst maken wij een gedetailleerde tekening van de verschillende magneetplaten. Daarvoor baseren we ons op de afmetingen van de machinetafel. Daarna ontvangt de klant deze tekeningen ter controle. Tot slot vatten we de productie van de magneettafel pas aan na de offici\u00eble goedkeuring van de klant.<\/p>\n

2. DE INSTALLATIE VAN DE MAGNEETTTAFEL<\/h4>\n

De individuele magneetplaten zijn daarvoor uitgevoerd met doorgangsgaten. Daarbij komt de positie van de doorgangsgaten overeen met de positie van de T-groeven in de machinetafel. Daarna gebruiken we schroeven en T-blokjes om de magneetplaten individueel op de machinetafel te klemmen.<\/p>\n

3. DE POSITIE VAN DE CONTROLE EENHEID VASTLEGGEN<\/h4>\n

Kies vooreerst de positie van de controle eenheid zorgvuldig uit. Deze moet in de eerste plaats vlot bereikbaar zijn. Daarnaast moet de positie zodanig gekozen zijn dat de kans op beschadiging minimaal is.
\nDe controller in dit voorbeeld is uitgevoerd met een aantal vrije kabels. Deze hebben als als doel om extra magneettafels op andere machines aan te sturen met dezelfde controller.<\/p>\n

4. HET KABELTRAJECT VASTLEGGEN<\/h4>\n

De kabels worden op een professionele manier weggewerkt. Daardoor zijn ze minimaal onderhevig aan vuil en spanen, en zijn ze bovendien optimaal beschermd.
\nHet kabeltraject is op voorhand bepaald. Dit gebeurt eventueel in samenspraak met de machineconstructeur die kabelgoten kan voorzien om de kabels weg te werken.<\/p>\n

5. DE AFSTANDSBEDIENING POSITIONEREN<\/h4>\n

De afstandsbediening wordt in de onmiddellijke omgeving van de machinebesturing geplaatst.
\nDe magneetplaten kunnen individueel van elkaar gemagnetiseerd en gedemagnetiseerd worden door middel van de kanaalselectie.
\nDankzij het terugmeldingssignaal van de controle eenheid, kan de machine pas starten nadat de magneetplaten gemagnetiseerd zijn. Daarnaast is demagnetiseren niet mogelijk wanneer de machine in werking is.
\nDe volledige aansturing van de magneetplaten kan eventueel gekoppeld worden aan de sturing van de machine. Hiervoor wordt de (optionele) PLC-module gebruikt.<\/p>\n

6. HET EINDRESULTAAT EN DE INGEBRUIKNAME<\/h4>\n

Nadat de magneettafel volledig ge\u00efnstalleerd is, wordt de installatie getest en in gebruik genomen.
